Limited Warranty
Caroma warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of delivery. During this warranty period, Caroma will repair, or, at its option, replace products, which are proven to be defective.
This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from accident, alterations, tampering, misuse, negligence or abuse. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to commit Caroma for any expense in condition with repair or modifications to our product without prior authorization from the head office.
If repairs or modifications are made without our authorization, warranty is void.
Because of variation, over which Caroma has no control, this warranty does not extend to colors and/or veining of molded tops, for each piece of cultured marble is unique, and may vary.
Caroma shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind including but not limited to any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product by any person.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Any other such warranty express or implied is hereby disclaimed and denied.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from province to province.
Claims procedure: All claims for defective product must be submitted to Caroma in writing and must include a dated copy of the original retail receipt and/or invoice number and/or purchase order number. Caroma will arrange authorized personnel to inspect or send for inspection, and elect to either repair or replace the defective cultured marble top.
